YES on orders $120+

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

$3 LETTERMAIL is available, however, this option does NOT come with tracking NOR insurance - meaning once the order ships, the responsibility has left our hands.  We nor you have any way to track it and if the order does not arrive, no replacement can be issued.

HOW LONG ARE SHIPPING TIMES

For the most up to date estimates, please visit Canada Post directly;  typically, LETTERMAIL takes 5-7 business days (this is in addition to processing times), where as tracked parcels take around 3-5 business days

the KEYLET Official takes no responsibility for packages not delivered.

  It is recommended to choose tracked shipping at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It is extremely important to us that you LOVE your order - if you are not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us at hello@thekeyletofficial.ca so someone can assist you.  

 Anything subject to return must be unworn, unused, and be in its original packaging.  All sale items are final sale.  Customer covers return shipping costs.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER or CHANGE IT?

No, the KEYLET Official does not accept any cancellations. Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled nor exchanged for another item.
