WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS

CANADA ONLY - $3 LETTERMAIL is available, however, this option does NOT come with tracking NOR insurance - meaning once the order ships, the responsibility has left our hands.  We nor you have any way to track it and if the order does not arrive, no replacement can be issued

If you are looking for TRACKING & INSURANCE with your order you can choose from our flat rate $14 Expedited Shipping Option, or the other pre-calculated Canada Post rates at check out

HOW LONG ARE SHIPPING TIMES

For the most up to date estimates, please visit Canada Post directly;  typically, LETTERMAIL takes 5-7 business days (this is in addition to processing times), where as tracked parcels take around 3-5 business days

YES!  Pick up is an option at check out.  Once your order is placed, please review all correspondence sent by the KEYLET.  Your order will be made & packaged within 7 business days - at that time a pick up notification with instructions will be emailed to you.  Please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER or CHANGE IT

No, the KEYLET Official does not accept any cancellations. Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled nor exchanged for another item.  Should you wish to purchase a different item, you will have to place a new order & return the order you are no longer wishing for

CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS

No, the KEYLET Official does not combine orders - in order to stay as efficient as possible, and provide fairness to all customers, orders are packaged in the order they are received & cannot be combined
